Humane Society of Indianapolis CEO Boden Resigns

According to Bobby King, reporter for the Indianapolis Star, Humane Society of Indianapolis has announced that their CEO, Martha Boden, has resigned. They (HSI) apparently plan on replacing the CEO position with an Executive Director position at a salary level about $30,000 lower than the approximately $105,000 received by Boden.
